Free business automation for 5 UK small businesses
We’ll build an automation that takes a repetitive job off your plate, and support it free for 6 months. In return, we ask for honest feedback and a testimonial if you’re happy.
Applications close 20th November. We’re taking 5 businesses.
Why we're doing this
RhythmicAI is a new automation consultancy based in Glasgow. We’ve spent [X] years building websites and systems for small businesses. Now we’re building a portfolio of automation work, and the best way to do that is real projects with real businesses.
You get the work free. We get case studies, feedback, and a better understanding of what small businesses actually need automated.
What you get
- A free consultation to find the task worth automating first
- One automation, designed and built for you: up to 20 hours of our time
- 6 months of free support: fixes, small changes, and help using it
- A plain-English handover guide so you know how it works
- Everything stays yours. It’s built in your own accounts, and you keep it whether or not you carry on with us
What could we automate?
A few examples of what small businesses lose hours to every week:
- Chasing unpaid invoices: polite reminders that go out on schedule, and stop when they pay
- Enquiries into quotes: website or email enquiries logged, replied to and turned into a quote or CRM entry
- Booking reminders and follow-ups: fewer no-shows, more repeat bookings and reviews
- Data entry from emails and PDFs: invoices, orders or forms read and entered into your systems
- Weekly reports: sales, bookings or cash position summarised and sent to your inbox
- Online shop admin: orders, stock and sales moved between your shop, spreadsheets and accounts software
Not sure what’s possible? That’s what the consultation is for.
What we ask in return
- Two short feedback calls (30 minutes each, at month 2 and month 5)
- A testimonial or short case study if you’re happy with the result,
- Testimonial ideally with a real number (“saves us 4 hours a week”). If you’re not happy, you don’t owe us one.
- Permission to mention your business as a client (we’ll agree the wording with you first)
What's not included (no hidden catches)
We know “free” offers often come with a catch, so here’s exactly what’s not covered:
- Third-party subscriptions. Some automations need a paid tool (for example an automation platform, an AI service or a software add-on). We’ll always try to use tools you already have, or free tiers. If something costs money, we’ll tell you before we build it, you pay the provider directly in your own name, and we add no markup.
- Extra projects beyond the first automation. We’re happy to talk about them, but they’re not part of the free pilot.
There’s no contract to renew, no hosting fee, and nothing you’re locked into.

Why This Matters
Across Scotland, there’s a clear push for charities to improve digital capability.
Most organisations don’t struggle with understanding this. They struggle with actually implementing it.
